Remastered reissue of the score to Toshio Masuda's "Great Prophecies of Nostradamus" (08/03/1974). Disc 1 features the original LP album plus additional stereo material and disc 2 features the complete monaural score. Bonus tracks (all on disc 2) include an outtake, cues without synthesizer overlays, additional mono material and stereo singles. Music by Isao Tomita. Disc 1 is in stereo. Disc two is in mono except for tracks 41 and 42, which are in stereo.

The film is also known under the slightly shorter title "Prophecies of Nostradamus", as well as "Catastrophe 1999".
The score was originally to be composed entirely with synthesizers. Due to time constraints (it would have taken about a year to compose such a score), a compromise was reached, resulting in an orchestra/synthesizer hybrid score.
The score was recorded on July 16, 1974.
The mixdown for the LP album occurred on August 6, 1974.
