Additional Notes:

As stated at the beginning of the post, this album is part of a lengthy series, titled Nostalgic Television Manga BGM Collection. The series, consisting of twenty-one albums released from 1993 - 2002, spotlights music from selected beloved television series. Due to the shear number of albums in the series, I will not be listing them. Also, this album is also known simply as Meteor Human Zone Music File.

"Meteor Human Zone", widely known as "Zone Fighter", consisted of twenty-six episodes which aired from April 2, 1973 through September 24, 1973 on Nippon Television Network. The series perhaps best known for featuring Godzilla, King Ghidorah and Gigan.

The score was recorded on March 1, 1973 at Tokyo Studio Center, March 2, 1973 at Waseda AVACO Studio 302 and May 10, 1973 at Aoyama AVACO Studio 1. Additionally, there is a reel consisting of theme and insert song material which has no known recording session date and location. The only recording from this reel included on the album is the TV size version of Meteor Human Zone (track 2).

While a large portion of the score is included with this album, a number of cues were omitted. These were mainly unused cues and cues that were were already missing to begin with. Also, a large portion of the theme and insert song material were omitted. However, some unused cues did make it onto the album. These cues are M30T2, M30B, M30C, M32, M33A, M37, M39T2, M44, M45, M59, and Zone Fight March (3 Chorus · Masato Shimon Version).
