Remastered reissue of the score to Shiro Toyoda's "Bewitched Love of Madame White" (06/22/1956 [Roadshow], 07/05/1956). Disc 1 features the score its entirety. Disc 2 features unedited cues as initially recorded, unused takes, sound effects and more. Bonus tracks (on disc 2) include music from three additional films (two of which never had music released before) scored by Ikuma Dan. Music by Ikuma Dan. Both discs are in mono.

Additional Notes:
"Bewitched Love of Madame White" is known by its U.S. title, "Madame White Snake", or by its international title "The Legend of the White Serpent". Additionally, "Musashi Miyamoto" (1954) is known as "Samurai I: Musashi Miyamoto", "Son Goku" (1959) being known as "The Adventures of Sun Wu Kung" and "Gen and Fudō Myō-ō" (1961) being known as "The Youth and His Amulet".
The score was recorded on May 5 and 6, 1956.
There are two sets of tapes: Regular (can also be translated as "Positive") and Secondary. The first (Regular) set was used for preservation, while the second (Secondary) set was used for editing purposes. The first set contains five tapes while the second set contains four. This information is found within the album booklet.
The booklet states that the vocal and chorus elements for M10, M14 and M25 are missing (though they can be heard faintly). The fifth tape found on the Regular (first) set of tapes include versions of M10 and M14 with the vocal and chorus, although these versions used portions of M1, edited in place of the vocal and chorus portions. Luckily, M25 retains the original vocal and chorus elements recorded for the cue. However, this only applies to the edited short version of M25, also found on the fifth tape from the Regular (first) set of tapes. The original, full length, version is missing the vocal and chorus elements. The original unedited versions of M10, M14 and M25 are included on disc 2.
The bonus tracks (tracks 12 - 20) found on disc 2 include cue numbers (found in the booklet's track-by-track commentary) to help identify the cues found in each track. For those interested, here are the cue details for those tracks in Japanese followed by an English translation:
