The Youth Dramas Music Complete Works series consists of eleven albums released from 1993 - 1996, with this album being the tenth in the series. The series features music from eleven television youth dramas.
"Youth Center!" consisted of thirteen episodes (episode 12 was never broadcasted) which aired from May 7, 1978 through September 24, 1978 on Nippon TV (Nippon Television Network Corporation). The series centers on Shunsuke Nakahara, a maternity leave assistant teacher who is temporarily assigned to Shugakuin High School.
"Youth Center!" was the first score to be composed by Reijiro Koroku, who later went on to score the film he is most known for, "The Return of Godzilla" (1984).
The score was recorded on April 19, 1978 at Akasaka Music Studio. Recorded on two 10 inch open-reel (reel-to-reel) tapes at 19 cm/s (7 1⁄2 IPS [in/s]).

These albums are seen in the second photo.
