NOTE: The track list available online, on the back tray insert and on the track list page (page 2) in the booklet only list the DB (Dubbing) numbers. To my surprise however, the track-by-track commentary in the booklet includes both DB and M (Music) numbers. For this post, I decided to present the cue numbers as seen in the track-by-track commentary for the Japanese and English translated track lists. In addition, the commentary doesn't include the M numbers for the bonus tracks, but I decided to add them anyway.

Additional Notes:

The film is known as "The Snake Girl and the Silver-Haired Witch", which is near identical to the film's Japanese title, which can be translated to "The Snake Girl and the Gray-Haired Witch" or "The Snake Girl and the White-Haired Witch". Of those two translations, I used the former for this post.

The second track, DB2 (M3), is actually an adaptation of French song titled "Sur le Pont d'Avignon" ("On the Bridge of Avignon"). The melody is later heard in track 7. Track 12, DB15 (M20), is an adaptation of Heinrich Werner's "Heidenröslein".

The score was recorded on December 4, 1968. It was recorded onto three seven-inch magnetic tape reels with a recording speed of 19cm/s (7 1⁄2 ips).
